Original turnover/EBITDA £338m/£2.7m in 2009, increased to £570m/£35.3m run rate. The businesses were disposed of separately for total gross proceeds of £184m. Fletchers was sold in October 2014, Addo Food Group in April 2017 and Park Cakes was subject to a MBO in March 2017 (in which I am shareholder).
