Ken was a great teammate in a time of significant challenges. Kraft's strategy to grow it's international share, without any international infrastructure, was one that Ken took on as part of my team - and his contributions and leadership were critical to our ability to succeed in a doubling of the business in less than 2 years. While his operational skills (Demand, Supply, Logistics, etc.) were the visible drivers of that success, it was his ability to connect the commercial strategies and tactics to the things that needed to be accomplished that truly ensured Kraft's winning in the international marketplaces. Over the several years we worked together, I came to rely on Ken as someone that could not only deliver, but be trusted to find additional actions/improvements without any guidance. The abilities to operate independently and deliver more than expected are things any company/team would love to have. Finally, Ken's ability to remain calm and even-headed in the most stressful of situations, on top of his core competencies, were the foundation upon his ability to create trust with senior executives and other functional leaders alike. I can't say enough about Ken, but I would unequivocally state that any company/team would be more than lucky to have him - and you better take him before I find a way to get him back!

I had the pleasure of working with Ken directly at Kraft Foods on multiple global transportation initiatives and productivity projects. Ken demonstrated exceptional leadership ability in regards to motivating his direct team, building strategic relationships with venders, and being a key contributor to the business units he was aligned too. Ken has a leadership style that is people and customer centric with a keen focus on driving results. Ken has the uncommon talent of creativity and motivational influence in leading his direct team through the execution of a strategic vision. I would recommend Ken as a dynamic leader in logistics, or virtually any operational supply chain role
