Ken was a great teammate in a time of significant challenges. Kraft's strategy to grow it's international share, without any international infrastructure, was one that Ken took on as part of my team - and his contributions and leadership were critical to our ability to succeed in a doubling of the business in less than 2 years. While his operational skills (Demand, Supply, Logistics, etc.) were the visible drivers of that success, it was his ability to connect the commercial strategies and tactics to the things that needed to be accomplished that truly ensured Kraft's winning in the international marketplaces. Over the several years we worked together, I came to rely on Ken as someone that could not only deliver, but be trusted to find additional actions/improvements without any guidance.
