Key Capital and Process Improvement Projects; Initiation, Planning, Monitoring & Control, Execution and Project Closure for large BioScience Facility in Southern California. Key projects included a large manufacturing capacity expansion of Human Albumin production processes. The project charter was to have increased production capacity by 58% while minimizing production floor space within a budget of $17 million. Results were fully achieved, including new process equipment, critical systems upgrades, support systems installation while adding only 115 square feet of mfg. floor space. Completed successful scale-up of viral reduction processing step requiring laboratory testing, process verification, commissioning and validation.
