  The South Monmouth Regional Sewerage Authority (SMRSA) is a sewerage collection and treatment authority with over 25,000 sewer connections. As commissioner I have been active on the budget/ finance, human resources and engineering committees. I have actively helped the authority pursue energy efficient "green" projects as well as planning and funding infrastructure rebuild after Super Storm Sandy. I have previously served as the authority's chairman, vice chairman, treasurer and secretary.   Appointed to Sea Girt Borough Council seat in 10/05. Won re-election to council seat in 11/06 and 11/09. Elected Mayor of Sea Girt in 11/11 and re-elected in 11/15 and in 11/19. I have been chair of the borough's Budget/ Finance, Recreation, Beach and Public Works committees. My focus as mayor has been to lead the borough council to deliver an accountable, efficient and transparent management of borough affairs. We have actively pursued updating our critical infrastructure while delivering responsible budgets to the taxpayer. Since becoming mayor on 1/1/12 we have lowered the amount raised by taxation by over $300,000 per year.

  Initially worked as a 2 year analyst in equity trading. Graduated from the associates training program in 1986 and moved to the fixed income department. Was a government bond sales specialist for 12 years selling multiple fixed income products including government bonds, MBS, ABS and interest rate derivatives. Moved to manage a sales group in 1999 specializing in selling all fixed income products to European and Canadian banks. This group reported to Credit Suisse Financial Products and focused on securitizations and credit derivatives. Group was reorganized and I moved to structured product sales in 2004. Sold ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CDO's and related derivatives to hedge funds and foreign banks as a member of the structured products sales group.
