I’ve worked with Ken in a number of different scenarios, both onshore & offshore. He has consistently demonstrated strong values & a great work ethic. He brings a wealth of knowledge & skills to any team he is a part of & is committed to excellence in any task he engages in. Ken is able to effectively bring his depth of knowledge & understanding in safety, drilling, & Lean to bear in the support of the organization’s goals & objectives. His excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, & the ability to take a step back & understand the bigger picture enhance his adeptness in leadership, coaching, mentoring, & teaching. The high moral & ethical standard which he holds himself to are hallmarks of his character which he consistently demonstrates without being judgmental inspiring other to aspire to the same. I highly recommend Ken; he is a great addition to any team he is a part of.

From 2016-2018, I worked with Ken and was regularly inspired by him when he spoke at safety meetings or offered insight into the HSE projects in which I was involved. Ken has a tremendous intuition to analyze any situation or scenario and then use his astuteness to either encourage steady progress or to inspire positive and productive change to any type of personality that provided insight into the overall objective of the tasks being performed. I would highly recommend Ken for any position in which leadership and motivation are attributes essential for success.
