Ken did a fantastic job training GED personnel and customers. He was very knowledgeable but most importantly, knew how to transfer his expertise to others in a very easy-going and friendly manner. He always took the initiative to go above and beyond for customers, seeking people out in the organization to provide immediate answers to important customer questions. Ken trained many of my customers over the years and I've never heard anything but glowing reviews. I highly recommend Ken for his technical expertise, communication skills and especially for his commitment to excellence.
