      I have been working for Capita in a Senior Management role for the last 12 years providing property and infrastructure project, procurement, governance asset management, maintenance, facilities management and property compliance services for Public, Private Sector and Real Estate Clients, having spent a significant part of my career in the Public and Private Sectors, primarily related to operational and strategically managing Asset and Maintenance Management Frameworks, and their associated capital and revenue budgets, along with delivering multi-disciplinary projects. Over the last 8-years I have delivered a property compliance, FM, occupational safety, health and environment management, [SHE], and auditing service to a number of Framework Partnerships, Defence Industry Organisation and Real Estate Clients, ensuring the services were being delivered in accordance with contract KPI requirements, and confirming they were being delivered safely, and in accordance with Legislation. I attend Capita Operational and Executive Boards monthly to present the information and provide assurances any high risk is being managed effectively. This system manages in excess of 30,000 safety critical compliance programmes across the UK and worldwide including asbestos management, water hygiene, fire risk assessments, mechanical, electrical, lifts and other property compliance activity, to ensure there are effective audit trails in place should an incident arise.I also have responsibility to manage property, SHE, FM and ISO accreditation compliance and governance services across Capita, regulating existing services and implementing governance processes in new businesses / contracts acquired, were relevant. I directly manage 30 Technical and 10 Admin staff across the UK operationally delivering property compliance / FM services and a National team of 4 auditors.
