Ken was the "glue" that held together the day to day of the team. He strikes a great balance of expecting quality working and helping his people deliver on that quality bar. Ken is always on top of things with quick, accurate, and concise status and updates and is one of the first guys you go to when you want to know how something is progressing. Ken is a great addition to any team and I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with him.
