It was my first experience on recruiting where I discovered my talent and developed skills in order to found the right people for specifics roles. I used to arrange meeting with departmental representatives to discuss their HR issues, assisting their departments and needs through reports with agencies/ advertisers.I used to lead all the jobs opens, coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers, conducting induction of new staff, participating in the collection of market salary information for the annual review. For sure one of my biggest work in this company it was when I got the project to recruiting over 30 staffs on a short time of 2 weeks and I got done over 11 interviews per day and sending around 5/6 people for the client per day, I finished this project in 3 weeks with all the psychology tests done and reports ready for being given by the clients. Furthermore I started giving assistance on production and implementation of HR policies and procedures for our clients reporting queries in the company and developing feedbacks for leaderships.
