I am a project assistant at Konya Metropolitan Municipality Smart City Management Branch. My mission is to improve the quality of the open data portal, one of the smart city projects. I do this by following the open data strategy prepared by our team. I carry out data discovery to increase data diversity, data preprocessing to present analyzeable and regular data to the public and data analysis to improve the public services offered. With my mentor Gül Ulutaş, whom I met in the Unlimited Talent program of Turkcell, and five other teammates, we presented the gift suggestion system according to the personal characteristics that we developed the idea of. Together with my teammates we decided to use Flask for the API and MongoDB for the database in the backend. We designed the entire architecture in accordance with the microservice architecture. I designed the data modeling to run smoothly on MongoDB and fixed the classification issues. Show less
