Kelvin was a great software support specialist. He was always respectful of my customers. He did a great job troubleshooting technical issues and was a good communicator with software developers when the nature of the problem exceeded his skills. He did a great job keeping track of many tickets and following up with clients to ensure they were successful. He worked unsupervised, but did reach out when he needed clarification. Overall he was a fantastic support agent and I would work with him again in the future if the opportunity presented itself.
