I worked with Kelsi while she was at Spredfast and found her to be extremely reliable, well-organized and empathetic (all qualities I really enjoy in my colleagues). So when I had the opportunity to work with her again as a freelancer for Snaptrends, I jumped at the chance. Kelsi is great at solving problems and sees difficult projects through from beginning to end. She is very detail-oriented, as well as calm and collected, which makes her great at planning things like events or coordinating office moves. And most of all, she cares. Whether she's working to reduce business costs, improving benefit offerings or resolving issues between coworkers, she is invested in the success of her company and coworkers and truly wants to make it a better place to work.
