Kelsey worked out of the Kitchener/Waterloo office while I was stationed in the HQ office in Winnipeg. She has excellent written and verbal communications skills and is extremely organized which allowed me to completely trust her with day-to-day management of all social projects. With her background knowledge in the Agriculture industry and exceptional project management skills, this allowed her to take on more responsibility as she began working directly with our clients on an ongoing basis. While she was only working at Sherpa for a short period, she quickly grew into our temporary Social Media Coordinator. While it was hard to see her go back to school, she provided ample training and documentation on her clients, accounts, and background knowledge to our incoming Office Assistant, which had no prior background in any of these areas. I cannot recommend Kelsey enough and I know she would add a lot of value to any company.

I had the pleasure of working with Kelsey as part of a project that I managed for Synthesis for Canada's Outdoor Farm Show, conducting on-site surveys of show attendees to gain feedback on their annual event. Our team of five ambassadors, including Kelsey, administered 779 surveys over the course of the three-day event. Each day, Kelsey showed up with a positive attitude and engaged attendees with her outgoing personality. She was able to use her previous experience in the agricultural sector to connect with the individuals she collected feedback from. Although we have only worked together on the one project, Kelsey has my strong recommendation and I look forward to working with her again.
