Designed and awarded the 2013/2014 GolfWeek Top 100 Golf Shop awards, while executing promotion, display, inventory, receiving, processing and sales of product. Ran ladies golf events, instruction series and tournaments for the club. In the summer months, I worked at the PGA TOUR Academy at Tiburon. I ran the instructor payroll, created a marketing plan for Get Golf Ready lesson series, trained and operated the latest teaching technologies and daily administrative duties. My highlight from this role was providing an on-course playing lesson for NFL All-Star player, Ray Lewis.In my time at Tiburon, I fulfilled operational duties for PGA & LPGA TOUR events twice a year for the Franklin Templeton Shootout PGA TOUR event and the CME Group Titleholders LPGA TOUR finale event.

In my internship at Doral Golf Resort & Spa, I focused on the retail department and it's successes with being the biggest golf shop in America. Doral hosted the world-class PGA WGC Cadillac Championship in March of my internship. With the strong fundamentals established through this role, I built strong relationships with vendors, designed displays and assisted in the buying for the shop. Inverness Club is a multi-activity club including golf, swimming and tennis. During my internship I was not only exposed to daily outside operations and coaching junior golf clinics, but was faced with the opportunity to be a part of the 2011 United States Senior Open Championship. This was a great learning experience to start my career in the golf industry. I assisted in the management of the merchandise tent, along with learning how the USGA runs a golf tournament.
