I had the pleasure of working with Kelsey during her internship at Synapse Product Development. On her very first day she helped me out on-site at a client's office, and by the end of the first week she had already delivered a solution to a time-sensitive problem. Kelsey's hands-on approach and can-do attitude led to an impressive amount of learning in a short time and ownership on several varied projects, and she does it all with a great sense of humor. I'd highly recommend Kelsey as a mechanical engineer and collaborative teammate.
