I had the privilege of working with and getting to know Kelsey at Alterian while we both worked as Business Solution Consultants. She amazed me with her positive attitude toward learning new software technologies. I was responsible for helping Kelsey get up to speed on our different tools and applications and she was very open and proactive in her development. Before no time she was able to talk to and demo some of the more advanced functionality associated with Alterian's Social Media Monitoring technology. Kelsey was soon an integral part of Alterian's pre-sales team. She was responsible for helping create search strings to collect data for prospect proof of concepts. Following the setup she would then deliver highly customized tailored presentations. Feedback from the sales team was tremendous and she was often personally requested to deliver and help out with large sales opportunities. As a result, she was directly responsible for Alterian's growth on the social line of business. I would highly recommend Kelsey for a role that would allow her to expand her already vast knowledge set in order to help a sales team customize and personalize prospect presentations.
