  After working to successfully implement EdTech with my own students, my principal asked me to create a professional development to train my colleagues on different platforms they could use to improve learning. I have since been involved in researching, iterating, and leading trainings for four platforms to increase staff usage of technology to drive student success in the classroom. I am a go-to resource for many of my colleagues when they need help navigating a new software system. I'm a life-long learner and stay up to date on current trends in instruction, meaning I am able to constantly improve student success and engagement. Collecting assessment data as well as feedback are essential in my work to be sure that all objectives have been met. When working with staff, I know that techniques of providing work time, many examples, active participation, and real world scenarios that connect to their lives are the best path for success.
