Kelsey commenced her employment with Air Drawn as a Junior Graphic Designer, fresh out of University. When I first met Kelsey, I was very impressed with her presentation, communication skills and obvious passion for her craft. Over time she proved to be an excellent graphic designer with a clear strength in conceptual thinking. I found her to be very reliable, extremely loyal and will accept constructive advice with good grace. She is a focused, resourceful and highly self-motivated, always striving to improve her design skills and industry knowledge. While at Air Drawn, Kelsey worked on a broad range of client projects across many industries. Her strength lies in her ability to work through a creative process starting with a solid idea and implementing this into a brand, clearly rationalising the creative vision for the project. Her experience included logo design and brand identity development, various publications, signage/wall graphics, to name a few. Kelsey is genuinely a likeable person and gets along well with everyone – this attribute was particularly evident when dealing with clients as I always received great feedback. She has been a delight to work with. Kelsey’s employment ended with Air Drawn as the business has relocated interstate and therefore the position was made redundant. I sincerely wish her all the very best in her future endeavours.
