    • Lead Hostess
      • Dec 2018 - Jan 2021

The daily ins and outs of being the lead host change as quickly as the volume of the restaurant does. Most days are spent organizing high volume reservations and walk-ins and mapping the floor plans out. Monitoring multiple phone lines and communicating with guests is a large part of what I do. As an added bonus of being the lead host I also make the schedules for all of the host staff and regulate their daily progress with guests. • Restaurant Manager
      • Mar 2011 - Dec 2018

As a primary customer service contact, I worked my way up from a line cook to the restaurant's manager. I ran daily inventory and managed the orders and deliveries. One of my favorite jobs was hiring and training new employees. Some skills I learned from this job were scheduling and budgeting.
