In the 2 years I have worked at OMS, I was responsible for: Printing and organising paperwork for training courses, this includes setting out classrooms and making sure learning equipment is frequently stocked up. processing completed paperwork and producing certificates for successful candidates. Sending certificates out to clients by post. Creating orders, processing bookings and taking payments through bacs. Keeping on top of emails, responding to clients and answering the phone. Creating file systems, data spreadsheets and keeping stock levels. Administering exams (CSCS Tests/ NEBOSH exams) Being on reception to meet and greet people; I was also responsible for keeping the coffee room clean and tidy, for all delegates attending our venue.
