Snowden Gray Mansion was a Jazz & Event Venue + Airbnb. I was tasked with rebuilding the team and developing an internal roadmap while managing live events and wedding planning. I have worked with Bungalow off and on for years as this is a family business. I have been lucky enough to learn along side interior designers to create inspiring spaces for people to live, work, learn and play. packH2O is a simple water backpack to improve water transportation for women and children living in water scarce communities around the world. As part of a partnership with NCT Ventures, Greif Inc and Impact Economics. I was charged with initializing packH2O as a nonprofit, building our board and developing our team. My role was founded in a grassroots initiative to fundraise within schools, universities, community organizations and churches. In partnership with our Non Governmental Organizations who were educating communities about the backpack and delivering them on the ground ; I assisted by developing training and marketing materials. My time at packH2O was key in my growth as an employee and as a global citizen.
