Hudson Yards Development will accommodate over 13 million square feet, includingover 6 million square feet of commercial space, approximately 5,000 residences, a new public school,and luxury hotel. First phases include the construction of a new Amtrak Tunnel located under theexisting rail yard, utility relocation within storage yard, construction of a platform over the entire MTAstorage yard and the rehabilitation of the existing High Line structure.Responsibilities:• Work with superintendent to track all labor, material and equipment used during the rehabilitationof the existing High Line structure• Submit monthly Pay Requisitions to owner for all rehabilitation work on High Line structure• Working with project engineer to find, identify and relocate existing utilities within the storageyard• Generate and submit work plans for the relocation of utilities that interfere with construction ofplatform support foundations

  Tutor Perini Corporation, TANY10-9B, Tappan Zee Bridge Re-decking Phase II, NY ($148.8 mil)Second phase of Tappan Zee Bridge re-decking included the installation of a total of 819 new deckpanels. Contract replaced the interior three lanes on the existing bridge. New deck panels were precastat a plant off site and delivered prior to installation. Contract also included the repair of structural steel,painting of steel, installation of safety fencing & relocation of the fiber optic lines crossing the Bridge.Responsibilities:• Check dimensions and casting quality of Pre-Cast Composite Deck Panels as well as submittalmanagement of all NCR/Post Pour Inspection reports using Contract Manager/Primavera• Created repair procedures for panel defects and damages using AutoCAD• Compiled and submitted complete Change Order Packages• Supervised final punch list work on Safety Fence, ordered materials, track costs and worked withsuperintendent to maintain production to meet schedule• Provided updates for monthly CPM schedule to consultant and updated monthly CPM narrative• Submit daily activity reports documenting all work performed onsite, accidents, crew sizes anddeliveries

Work also included excavation of 160,000 CY of soil and rock, installation of mini-piles, rock anchors, steelbracing and approximately 15,000 CY reinforced concrete walls and slabs.Responsibilities:• Worked with project engineer to compile and submit Change Order Packages for extra workperformed onsite (+$85 Mil)

  George Harms Construction, NJDOT Route 1&9T St. Paul’s Ave, Jersey City, NJ ($250 Mil)Replace the existing Route 1&9T viaduct deck, superstructure and substructure with 11 new bridgesand ramps. Work included driving piles, installing sheeting, 100 CY + concrete pours and work overlive NJ Transit tracks as well as active roadways. Areas of the site were preloaded and one and twoStage MSE walls were installed.Responsibilities:• Calculate concrete quantities and coordinate delivery schedules with superintendent for majorconcrete pours• Handle scheduling and deliveries of MSE pre-cast wall panels, track progress and submit monthlypayment percentages• Use micro-station to help redesign precast deck slab into a CIP slab for tie-in to Pulaski Skyway.Work consisted of redesigning drawings for rebar, ordering all jacking and support structurematerial as well as overseeing assembly in field• Handle submittal and transmittal logs, wrote RFI letters and subcontracts, performed materialtakeoffs for rebar and concrete and dealt with the ordering of materials onsite
