  As a student supervisor I oversaw a group of between 10-15 students to create smooth and seamless catering events. This involved planning with clients to provide catering services, communicating with kitchen staff to prep food, gathering and packing all needed materials for the event, as well as designing beautiful spreads to represent Colorado State as a viable catering option for the local community. During my time as a supervisor I was directly involved in the planning, and production of over 50 catering events with up to 600 guests. Show less
