Kelsey and I worked together as camp counselors at T Bar M Camps in New Braunfels, Texas while still in college. Despite this role not being a full-time position, it was one of the most rewarding and educational experiences of our lives. Along with many of her co-counselors, Kelsey was presented with various difficult situations that she expertly handled with ease, grace and patience. Not once but twice, Kelsey was recognized as an exceptional counselor. Our second summer working together, Kelsey was appointed to a leadership position due to her athletic skills and ability to instruct and motivate the campers. I have no doubt Kelsey brings many of those skills and more to the table in her current position and in every endeavor she pursues. I'm lucky to have been her coworker but even luckier to call her a dear friend.

With a contagious positive attitude, Kelsey approaches her job with creativity and a spark of originality. She is reliable, teachable, built with superior work ethic, and possesses superb taste with the ability to edit. Kelsey is an asset on our FUL team where she manages our social media outlets and assists with sales projects. Love working with her!

One of the best parts of being the Director of Digital Marketing at Lift Division is using my voice to help support our client's goals! I love developing and creating strategies with the ability to increase a client's digital footprint. Lift's collaborative approach allows me to be involved in each phase of project development, from start to finish. Our team helps good businesses grow by taking the client's initial objectives and creating an optimal marketing vehicle for conversions, leads and more! http://www.liftdivision.com/solutions/Search-Engine-Optimization

After joining the Ful team in December 2011, I helped coordinate sales with large retailers, created and implemented a new social media plan and designed promotional materials for Back To School marketing efforts. After taking over as Social Media Coordinator in May 2012, I began managing many digital media outlets. By creating new social media policies, I increased Ful's Facebook fans and more than tripled its Twitter followers. Although my time with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital was short, I learned the importance of communication skills and the value of sales and marketing. Our goal, as Volunteer Sales Representatives was to help raise the 1.8 million dollars required to operate the hospital daily.
