I had to establish what project data and metrics were required and had to develop a way of consolidating the data required in a central place so that the change management stakeholders had access to it. I held meetings with the senior members of the firm including CIO, COO, Directors, PMC members, Heads of departments, VPs and AVPS to develop a full analysis of the requirements. On finishing my internship I had to present this information to the change management stakeholders involved and explain the recommendations I would make for the company to implement. Show less

Harlow Essex During my short placement at Adecco I worked as a temporary worker for BancTec, processing credit card applications for Bank of Ireland. I had to adhere to strict timelines, and work at a very fast pace to constantly keep up with the large workload. This helped me to improve my time management skills and my attention to detail as every aspect on the application had to be checked and correct.
