His unique mix of technical know-how and ability to build strong partnerships is one that will take him far in his career. When he joined my team, the role was newly created to support our recently implemented Learning Management System (LMS) in Workday. In addition to learning the ins and outs of a new company and a new team, Kellyn quickly mastered the LMS and was able to provide clear guidance and quick support to our Global Compliance and HR partners on delivering some of their most urgent training needs. In addition to his ability to learn quickly, his approach to solving new and challenging problems is methodical and rigorous. I knew I could always rely on Kellyn to think through multiple angles and possibilities to ensure the team was taking the best approach/solution/method possible. Overall, in a short amount of time, Kellyn was able to provide so much value and much needed support to dozens of teams globally and it was such a pleasure to work with him! He would be a phenomenal addition to any team.
