This mission now also includes a sustainable approach of dispersing the visitor too. I am responsible for managing the website, social media accounts, fulfilling content and image requests, developing marketing collateral, organising projects such as photo and video shoots, sourcing influencers, journalists and key opinion leaders for famils, creating itineraries, representing the region at trade events including TRENZ and offshore. During my time in this role I have been heavily involved in the MBIE Growth Strategy for the West Coast, the tourism strategy for the West Coast and the rebrand of the West Coast to untamed natural wilderness.
