I thoroughly enjoy training with Kelly. She creates programs that make me work hard to attain my goals. She is a positive trainer with a lot of fitness knowledge. I have trained with her in the past, and am back now so that I can remove the effects of a year of sedentary life. I know working with Kelly I can surpass my goals and reach my dreams of fitness.

Kelly is a fantastic, fun and knowledgeable trainer, able to customize your training and wellness programs to fit your needs. Plus her classes and workshops are great, and some of them are even free. Highly recommend, if you want to maintain, enhance, or reboot your wellness journey.

I started working with Kelly when I didn’t know how to get started adding physical activity into my life. Kelly was terrific! She met me where I was, and worked with my skills, experience and limitations to help me become stronger and more confident. Kelly has helped me go from being a total couch potato to having regular activity in my schedule. I have a lot of injuries and underlaying health concerns, so I really appreciate Kelly’s experience in health care and her dedication to ongoing education. This gives me a lot of confidence that every class, workshop, and session with her will help me get stronger while minimizing the risk of injury. Finally, Kelly is so much fun to work with. She’s tough when you need someone to be tough with you and encouraging when you need that, and I laugh a lot in every class and session I do with her. Kelly has built a wonderful community of women who are dedicated to staying healthy, getting stronger, and constantly growing. I look forward to all of my classes with Kelly, even if I would rather skip the workout and spend the night on the couch.

I help people to achieve personalized health and fitness goals. Catering to people of all ages, I am able to customize client's and prospective client's programs through specific periodization. Drawing on my background as a registered nurse has proven to be a great asset to my practice as a personal trainer especially when dealing with clients in more specialized populations. I excel in helping men and women to lose weight, and have succeeded in other areas as well. I help people to achieve personalized health and fitness goals.
