I have been fortunate to work with Kelly in various capacities and roles throughout my career. Kelly is who you want by your side when you are building or transforming a team. She effectively establishes trust with all those who work with her and manages to get the best out of people. She is a natural strategic leader and has the ability to define and deliver right sized solutions for organizations at various stages of maturity. Kelly has a passion for learning and innovation and is at her best when she is solving problems or finding new ways to meet business needs. She uses these strengths to not only make her team better but shares her knowledge and experience with other leaders making everyone better. Operationally she is solid and dependable, while holding herself to the highest standards. I would be hard to find someone who works and lives with more passion and integrity than Kelly.
