The hostess with the mostest! That's what I think of when trying to describe Kelly. I worked with Kelly for four years at Midwest Public Risk (MPR). We were cubicle neighbors for about half that time and she had me laughing on more than a few occasions with her cheerful spirit. On a professional note, I have witnessed her both organize, and assist with, many successful events. Kelly has worked on smaller events such as Partner Appreciation Day, which brought in approximately 30 partners to the MPR campus, to much grander events such as the annual fall conference with over 300 attendees. Kelly always put the same level of attention to detail in these events regardless of the size or scope. She seemed to leave no stone unturned and when the inevitable, unexpected crisis did come up she handled it professionally and efficiently. In addition to being a great organizer of the events, she always astounded me with her hospitality towards the guests; she took time to greet as many people as she could, listen to their stories, and ensure they had everything needed - exercising top-notch customer service skills. Kelly would be an asset to any team and I miss being her cubicle neighbor.
