      I started as a receptionist and operations Support Administrator, but in the time there I took on more and more responsibilities. Responsibilities:Receptionist – • Answer incoming phone calls and either help them myself or pass them along to the recruiters• Greet visitors, and clients at the door and off them a drink - tea, coffee or water• Log incoming & outgoing mail and post packages/documents internationally• Order stationary and supplies for the office and keep it organized• Keep my desk organized Operations Support Administrator – • Draft up and finalize contracts for the recruiters to send out to the candidates• Edit resumes• Advertise jobs• Keep track of the meeting room schedules Facilities Manager – • Walk around the building and see what needs fixing - type up monthly building reports• Call workers to come in and fix what needs fixing (plumber, air conditioner, electrician, window cleaners, water, etc.)• Call up and get quotes of workers ratesHealth & Safety Coordinator – • Once a month walk around the building/office to see that all Health & Safety rules are being followed – both the building and workers• Maintain the First Aid & Fire Marshalls in the office – host & run the meetings and make sure certificates are up to date• Type up Monthly Reports
