  I started my own graphic & web design company in 2001, based on prior years of working as a freelance graphic designer. Within 6 months I had 4 employees, and within a year we had 7 including internal full time team member and external contractors. My role was to establish new customer relationships, lead and manage projects from concept to fruition by working with the client to evaluate project requirements, and working with a team of programmers and designers that I personally hired to support my artistic direction and vision.
