      As an employee at Lake Norman Mini Golf I am able to improve my leadership, time management, and people skills. With this being more of a customer service job I am able to assess a customers needs and help them in a way I can. It also continues to improve my communication skills when interacting with customers. My leadership skills come in handy with this job when I show new employees the ins and outs of the job and by assisting right away when help is needed. At Lake Norman Mini Golf my time management skills improve because it is a fast paced environment and you have to be on your A game because you do not want to leave a customer waiting. Show less
