Began as a Customer Service Representative, rolling calls back to back taking 80-120 calls per day. Consistently maintained the desired average call stats and customer satisfaction survey ratings. When promoted to floor supervisor, I took escalated calls with customers, as well as covering Help Desk to assist Agents with any issues they may have, from soft skills to computer system navigation. Served on the Culture Committee, a wonderful outlet run by members of the call center to uplift and support all Agents, composed emails with fun facts to distract from the workday, but also spotlight different agents with unique facts about them every week. • Executive Resolution Office Representative
      • Feb 2018 - Nov 2019

The end of the line for customer solutions, if an issue wasn’t resolved with me and my immediate supervisor, then the only next step was legal. Maintained incredible attention to detail and professionalism when interacting with customers, via phone, email, and mail. Full names were used in my office for full transparency and accountability. The reputation of both myself and the company was under scrutiny at all times. Creative problem solving for a wide litany of issues often requiring the involvement of other departments within ShopHQ, but also: outside vendors, warranty issuers, shipping companies, watch repair centers, and more. Updated the handbook, then educated the customer service Agents and Supervisors on new and streamlined orders of operation. Show less

Writing "Coverage" is essentially creating a book report or treatment + review of an intellectual property Lifetime is screening to purchase, and then recommending if the project should be considered. I read many romance novels and YA series, my favorite of which was "The Hate U Give" by Angie Thomas, which I definitely advised them to option. As the company's sole voiceover writer, I meet a quota of 200-300 scripts each month, writing in tandem with the directors and editors as they created the corresponding B-roll. The pre and post production departments work simultaneously and collaboratively so that we can be flexible to meet the changing needs of the content at the drop of a hat. Wrote one-minute voiceover scripts for parenting advice videos. Conducted research on the Montessori method of teaching to find a concise bit of information to teach to fill a one-minute video, matching the B-roll. Produced 200-300 scripts each month to fill the client’s quota before the website’s launch date. Show less

After having been with the company for over three years, it was bittersweet to leave Victoria's Secret. I started part time during college, and easily fell in love with the brand and product, as well as Limited Brands' straightforward method of running the store. After time I began training for the esteemed Associates Interested in Management program, which promotes dedicated people from within and trains them to be leaders within the company. However, at the end of the course, I knew I needed to go back to college and further my education, and the team was very supportive of that decision. Show less
