Development and implementation of market research including survey monkey and over the phone surveys and focus groups. Analyse and report with recommendations to Senior Management on results on a monthly basis. Achievements Development and coordination of google advertising (remarketing, SEO & adwords) campaigns to increase host employers, student recruitment and brand awareness. Currently ROI of 70% and approx. 40 leads per month and currently several #1 positions which are driving significant traffic to our website. Development and implementation of content marketing strategy to increase our brand trust within the electrical industry. Saw an increase of 11% visitation to our website from our e-news, increase of 5% in course enrolments and increase in brand awareness Rebrand from 5 brands to 1. This included consolidation of 5 websites into 1, management of API integration of student management system, HR system and shopping cart Analysis of market research to inform senior management on course feedback. For example over 400 student responses to course feedback for electrical apprenticeships. Research indicated student resources were severely lacking and required major overhaul, more practical time was wanted by over 90% of students.
