  As Thoracic team lead I was responsible to the physicians and patients going in for surgical intevention. I was the lead of 6 thoracic surgeons, it was my responsablity to plan for surgical cases based on procedure, Surgeon, and patient needs as well as team needs. Some of my other responsablities was to work closely with the Surgeons to ensure they had what they need fo a successful surgery. I also held educational in-services for the staff to increase/maintain their knowledge on cutting-edge surgical procedures. I have experience in robotic assisted surgeries as well as laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures that include, Urology, GYN, GI, Thoracic, and Head and Neck. Show less
