  For the past 25 years I have been the Printshop Manager at Colornet Press Inc., a Los Angeles based print manufacturing corporation. We recently moved our company to a new building, and I was solely responsible for the successful relocation and set up of the entire corporation with minimal downtime. My vast knowledge of the printing industry makes me an asset to Colornet Press. My hands on approach has given me an intricate understanding of all the technical aspects of the company. My work at Colornet Press has given me extremely diverse experiences which include color management of all presses and proofing devices, managing all technical equipment, and managing and trouble shooting all aspects of the press room. Additional responsibilities include the implementation and development of all servers, Raid systems, networks, web servers, company security, risk management, and email server implementation. I interact with clients to troubleshoot files and discuss unique ways to make their print projects crowd pleasers. I train and consult for and with all departments in the company. I work closely with sales to insure they are well supported, giving them every opportunity to be successful. Along with these responsibilities, I manage personnel and do all that I can to make sure that the employees enjoy both the environment and their jobs. Show less
