  • Receive and enter all incoming purchase orders and verify there is a job in the Epicor system for timely completion of product to ship to external customers. • Enter all new and updated customer pricing into the Epicor system. • Update Epicor system with any new or updated part numbers and ensure correct pricing is associated with said part number. • Monitor open job reports and verify that Epicor system is updated with correct information, update any information needed and close completed jobs. • Review inventory with shipping/receiving department to ensure all product shows correct inventory in the Epicor system.
