In my role at MCEDV I set strategic training priorities and facilitate domestic violence response training to a range of systems (criminal legal, civil legal, child welfare, healthcare, mental healthcare, etc.) in an effort to improve Maine’s systemic framing of institutional responses to domestic abuse and violence. I am the Chair of the Maine Commission on Domestic & Sexual Abuse’s Firearms Relinquishment Action Committee, coordinate MCEDV’s ODARA training and technical assistance work, and coordinate MCEDV’s Non-fatal Strangulation Advocate Response Team.
