A devoted, communicative, and culturally sensitive student with excellent leadership skills. During the first semester of 2020-2021 Kelly assisted the Office of International Student Affairs as one of the six group leaders of the UvA Exchange Ambassador Programme. Trained in leadership, intercultural awareness, presenting, networking, deep democracy and mindfulness, this inspiring leader acted as an engaging spokesperson for the programme, managed a committee of students effectively executing various events and activities, and as such supported the integration between Dutch and international students. Due to the outstanding effort of this charismatic leader the Exchange Ambassador Programme was a true success which contributed to an improved exchange experience for many study abroad students.
