  Following 14 years of experience in the industry, I have moved into a Business Development Role within HCE Group. Having built client relationships over the years and assisted clients with unusual and often complex enforcement matters, I hope to build future relationships and help even more clients recover what is rightfully owed to them and their customers.   I have worked for HCE Group for over 12 years, having garnered skills from various departments from Transfer Up, Court Relationship Manager to Sales and Marketing.I currently manage the Liverpool Office as well as assist the Client Services Team in relationship management, client care and effective recovery. More recently, I worked throughout the pandemic and towards our post COVID plans. I specialise in issuing Writs of Control, and have a strong understanding of the requirements and paperwork behind them. In addition, I liaise with the Enforcement Manager to ensure effective enforcement for our clients.
