Worked in the Investment Services team within Business Relations as a Research Executive. Highlights of my job were working alongside business professionals, providing market intelligence, presentations and researched information to secure investment in the Northwest. This has taught me the importance of building strong customer relationships. I learnt how to analyse business data, present business cases and undertake business reporting when Umbro relocated to a new state of the art global HQ in 2008. I was directly involved in the amendment of key documents and the delivery of the final contract to the client. My collaboration with the marketing team on the re-development of the investment website meant I learnt an array of skills which to name a few included: competitor and business resource database analysis of company activity. I am trained to a high standard in One Source, Experian, Docstore, Nexis UK, Datamonitor, FDI Benchmark, NOMIS, FDI markets and Salary Search and was involved in the search for a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for the NWDA.
