  Prior to Luke Todd & Co., www.socialsmile.net and United Business Training I had worked in startups through to major corporations in the City of London and NGO's in across London. Later I trained as a psychotherapeutic counsellor and in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP - CertifiedMaster Practitioner) and now bring this unique background to work clients from a broad range of business roles to achieve their potential. When coaching, I work on a face-to-face basis to achieve excellent outcomes within an efficient timeframe and have a passion for seeing people grow, develop and progress in their careers and enhancing their businesses. I also deliver training for teams to enhance management and leadership capabilities across public and private sectors. The training programmes we develop are bespoke for each organisation. We assess each team members' talents using Gallup StrenghtsFinder to make sure that each delegate entering each training session will get benefit from attending. We do not believe in the cookie cutter 'one size fits all' approach, we treat every delegate as an individual.
