With over 17 years in childhood development, I’ve made my career helping parents and kids make sure they’re getting all the crucial development they need—and having fun doing it.My latest project, MOTOR PLANit, is a learning and child development app based around helping kids—especially kids with developmental challenges—enhance their strength, coordination, fine motor, visual motor, visual perception and sensory processing. Because constant PT isn’t always an option, I wanted to create something that parents could use on their time to make sure their growing children were hitting all the important benchmarks. To develop the activities, I’ve worked with child specialists to make sure MOTOR PLANit incorporates the right kind of training and development tasks that real pediatricians and physical therapists use.
