Main duties consist of answering calls, placing orders, checking stock and tracking deliveries for retailers. Co-coordinating stock replenishment from different sites, running access reports to collate orders and answering retailers/consumers queries. Providing aftercare advice, dealing with complaints, organising remedial work and organising replacement orders go out in a timely manner. Placing sample orders for delivery worldwide whilst tracking them for retailers. Working with reps from all over Britain and Ireland to facilitate queries and orders.
