As the National Director of Operations I oversaw 30+ Podiatrists and support staff. During my tenure, I implemented an electronic medical records software system, with minimal interruption to daily workflow operations. My highest priorities were to increase daily productivity by providing additional clinical resources and weekly educational meetings to physicians, ensure clinical documentation and appropriate levels of care were practiced and documented through quarterly chart audit, and improve morale through increased communication from management and taking action to correct inconsistent policies.
