Liaison between CDC Resources and Tri-County Bible Church during and after the transition took place. Included working with FSSA Bureau of Child Care, CCDF Vouchers, CACFP Food Program, IAEYC, TK Board of Directors, families, children, staff, and volunteers.Engaged in multiple levels of child care management including enrollment, biblical and academic curriculum, hiring and training staff, policy development, staff and child scheduling, complying with all applicable regulations, as well as managing student accounts and required paperwork, and staff files and trainings.

  Served as Early Childhood Special Education Teacher for 12 years, working with children ages 3-6, writing IEP's and individual lesson plans appropriate to the child's abilities. Also provided assessments and evaluations as part of the IEP team. Assisted in starting a licensed child care center in 1999 and served as director until 2010. At that time, I assisted with transitioning the program to an unlicensed registered ministry child care and preschool. Directorship included working with FSSA Bureau of Child Care, CCDF vouchers, CACFP Food Program, Homeland Security, and IAEYC, as well as CDC Board of Directors and team of directors from each CDC department.
