  I am Responsible for successfully transitioning new clients into the Wipro/Infocrossing support. My role requires extensive knowledge in transitions and program management. My TPM role ensures that all aspect of the statement of work are tracked, managed, and executed. I am also responsible for establishing and sustaining a healthy relationship with the customer so that steady state activities can transition smoothly. The scope for these programs generally includes both a services transition and a data center migration. More common components that I am responsible for but not limited to include workflow management, data center migration for both distributed systems and mainframe, and 3rd party vendor management. A major part of my role is to manage and oversee the work of multiple project managers and a diverse population of technical resources all focused on the successful transition of services.
