Kelly Fleming took care of my parents after critical illnesses and surgeries on and off over the course of six years. Kelly has exceptional nursing skills and diagnostic proficiency, but what impressed me the most over many years of her care, was her compassionate bedside manner and willingness to listen carefully to her patients needs. Kelly has the ability to will patients to overcome obstacles and is inspiring in her approach to helping them to recover often inspiring them to become more independent. Her kindness and intellect are unparalleled in this field. She stayed overtime on many occasions when one of my parents faced precarious circumstances due to illness. Her equanimity and composure are exalted and emulated by others on her team. She shows great leadership acumen in times of stress and crisis.
