I worked with Kelly on a number of projects at Hangar 13, and ended up managing her on a new project. Kelly is an extremely dedicated and hard worker, who is always pushing for things to be better. She is a talented level designer as well as a great world builder and narrative designer. Kelly never shied away from responsibility, and took on new tasks with infectious enthusiasm. Kelly could always be relied on to complete her work on time, and to highlight issues in workflow, schedule or content. She was thoughtful, organized, detail-oriented and creative, and I would love to work with her again in the future.

Kelly's star power showed early in Mafia 3 when she put in the extra effort to deal with design changes and technical hurdles. Her positive attitude is infectious to all around her! She brings massive amount of creative energy from her story writing experience and colorful D&D sessions. All that talent is leveraged in her mission and quest designs, helping to elevate the original outline to new heights for player engagement. I was happy to work with her on multiple projects and would easily work with her again!
